The conferences and consultations have also been vital in driving ground work on pastoralism. Consultations held during the first Living Lightly exhibition led to the formation of Centre for Pastoralism, have led to multiple collaborative projects, and given impetus to work on breed registration and pastoral FRA claims across the country.
